Mexico is dangerous and poor. You can’t trust the mail system, especially if there is food involved; if you are from the states, they will not trust you. All Mexicans are drug dealers and the men are extremely macho. It is a very family oriented, religious culture.

I am expecting to have the best experience of my life! I am extremely excited to see how people outside of the states live, although I do not expect to assimilate easily into the culture. This, I think, will be the most intimidating and difficult obstacle, more so than learning the language.
