It's hard to realize that we are in the middle of Week 8. Where has the time gone? With Carnaval and now the last week in February, we're swiftly drawing to the end of Programa Mayab #31. By the time this gets on the webpage, we will have visited a Yucatecan business and then have taken our excursion to Celestun. We still have time for all those things we hope to do before returning to Athens, our friends and families. So, "para lo que nos queda, manos a la obra!"
